Job Title: Digital Paid Media/Marketing Contractor
Location: Remote (Preference for Seattle, WA or Bristol, UK)
Rate Range: ~$40/hour (must be under $60/hour)
Overview
Catchy is expanding its marketing team and looking to bring on a mid-level Digital Paid Media Contractor to support upcoming campaigns. This is a tactical, in-platform role focused on launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid media across multiple channels and clients—primarily in the B2B tech space.
We're seeking a contractor with hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and other long-form content channels, who can confidently own campaign execution and performance reporting. Ideal candidates are self-sufficient, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
We’re building our bench but our immediate need is a 3–4 days/week contract engagement running through September, with the potential for future work.
What You'll Do
Working directly with the Director of Strategy and Account Team, you’ll manage the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels, while delivering clear performance insights.

Launch, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns (Search, Social, Display, and Syndicated Content, Webinar Sponsorships, etc) for B2B technology clients

Manage active campaigns with a focus on pacing, performance, and KPI alignment

Extract data and build reporting dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Excel

Collaborate with strategy and account teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives

Participate in status meetings or async check-ins to communicate updates and results

Contribute to Catchy’s broader campaign planning and channel strategy conversations
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with solid, hands-on paid media skills—comfortable jumping into the platforms and getting work done.

2–4 years of paid media campaign experience, ideally in a B2B or technology-focused environment

Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and programmatic or display platforms

Experience with campaign reporting and analysis; ability to extract insights and make recommendations

Strong communication skills, especially in async/remote team settings

Comfortable using Excel and building dashboards for internal and client reporting

Bonus: Familiarity with developer-focused or technical marketing is a plus
